We are thrilled to announce our first resident chef coming on board!! After stints in London and France, Charlie Hearn became a regular fixture on the Bristol culinary scene having worked at the Albion and heading up the Kensington Arms. Most recently he has been plying his trade at the Spiny Lobster on Whiteladies Road where he was a director for 5 years serving up Bristol's finest seafood!
From the 19th April we will be extending our opening hours to include Wednesday evenings bringing you an extra day a week to come and drink and dine with us! Charlie will be serving up French inspired plates to go with our lovingly curated, and ever growing, wine selection. We are super happy to enter this new chapter of Cave where you will be able to pop down Wednesday - Saturday evenings 6pm-9pm for some vibrant plates and amazing wine!
