About Vini Viti Vinci

Vini Viti Vinci, established by Nicolas Vauthier in 2009, calls Avallon in northern Burgundy its home. Nicolas, a fervent natural wine enthusiast, originally studied oenology in the USA and Burgundy. Before venturing into winemaking, he curated the renowned natural wine bar 'Aux Criers de Vins' in Troyes. Currently, he focuses on the lesser-known appellations of northern Burgundy, including Aligote, Chitry, and Pineuil. All his wines are crafted from organically grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
