We’ll be pouring a curated flight spanning old-world elegance and new-world flair, exploring how site, climate and winemaking shape this notoriously expressive grape. To match, Charlie will serve up hand-chopped steak tartare—clean, mineral and perfectly seasoned—so you can taste why Pinot and tartare are such a natural pairing: texture, freshness and a savoury echo that runs from glass to plate.
