Made from 100% Furmint grapes affected by Botrytis, enhancing sugar content and resulting in rich, complex Tokaji Aszú. Hand-harvested aszú grapes are soaked in must and aged for two years in oak barrels from the Zemplén Mountains. This is a phenomenal, luscious Tokaji crying out for some blue cheese.

Hétszőlő is a historic estate in Tokaj, Hungary, known for its exceptional dry and sweet wines, particularly from the Furmint grape. Located on south-facing volcanic slopes, the estate practices organic viticulture, allowing the terroir to shine through in its wines.
