About the wine

 

A blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino from 25+ year-old vines. Fermented in stainless steel with 18 days of skin contact, followed by 15 months ageing in 38Hl French oak casks and a minimum of 3 months bottle fining. This wine showcases elegance and structure and is the Chianti you always dream of.
