This fun little number is made not only from grapes but from apples and piquette (a simple wine made from adding water to already pressed/fermented grape skins) too. Similar to a pet nat in style but with a little less fizz, this can be enjoyed any anyone at pretty much anytime!
Notes on the producer
Les Funambules (The tightrope walkers) are a group of young and exciting winemakers based in Ammerschwihr in Alsace. Information on them is pretty sparse to say the least but they are definitely ones to watch!
