Why Cave selected it

A precise, limestone-driven Sancerre from an organically certified family domaine; 2024 shows vivid citrus fruit, chalky snap and tank-aged purity that’s versatile at the table.

About the wine

This is a blend of all the 'caillotes' (limestone pebbles) parcels of the domaine, the vines are 25yo on average, vinified in stainless steel and aged for at least a year. A really textural style of Sancerre that really showcases some terroir rather than just Sauvignon typicity.
