Why Cave selected it

Approachable, great‑value orange wine: certified‑organic fruit, gentle 10‑day skin contact for texture without heaviness, fresh citrus‑floral profile, and a versatile 12.5% ABV for summer sipping or food.

About the wine

Great entry priced orange wine. 10 days on skins this is a little bit floral with a little bit of grip this is no frills orange with a real summery vibe.

About Château Saint Cyrgues

The 40-hectare Chateau Saint Cyrgues is based in the village of Saint-Gilles in the Costieres de Nimes appellation and is run along organic lines by Guy de Mercurio. The region received full appellation status in 1986 and although notionally in the eastern Languedoc it shares the same terroir as the southern Rhone, i.e. galet stones and sandstone.
