Terms and Conditions

UK
We offer nationwide delivery* on all our items from £9.95. Orders for Mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands) are available for next day delivery if placed before 4pm. Please note that items will be packaged and shipped on the following Tuesday for orders placed after 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Orders under £75 to Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands) will have a £9.95 delivery fee applied. Any orders over £75 will qualify for free delivery.

Some postcodes in mainland Scotland, northern Ireland & the Highlands can take two+ working days for delivery, and offshore orders can take up to five working days. Due to the current situation in the UK, there may be delays in shipping, especially during periods of inclement weather. In the event your parcel is delayed, please feel free to contact us at hello@cavebristol.co.uk with your order number, and we'll look into it.

Parcels are sent using APC, and you will receive an email or text confirmation with tracking details once your order has been processed. All deliveries are made subject to the APC Terms & Conditions of Carriage.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of shipping bottles, there may be breakages. Please feedback to us if this is the case and we will sort out.

We aim to update vintage changes as soon as they happen but please be aware vintage may occasionally be different than the one shown.


Bristol

For orders within Bristol before 4pm, we can offer a same-day delivery service within a 5-mile radius of Cave. Your order will usually be with you in 2.5 hours. Delivery cost depends on the distance from the shop. Please note that bad weather and busy times can increase shipping times.

Cost


Local delivery (for same day delivery within 5 miles of shop) order before 4pm for same day delivery. Orders placed after 4pm will go out next day. Min order values for free delivery as follows:

1 mile £25
2 miles £40
3-5 Miles £60

Products

Our products have a long shelf life, but they do all each include expiry dates. Please make sure to read what the expiry date is on each package, and enjoy before that! 

All of our packaging is 100% recyclable. The mailers/shipping packaging is also 100% compostable – being environmentally friendly and sustainable is a top priority for us. 

Returns/Shipping

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cavebristol.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest :)
