Grange des Rocs

Situated on the shores of the Bassin de Thau - a saltwater lagoon devoted to the cultivation of shellfish - Grange des Rocs is run by Etienne Lalande. The tiny appellation of Picpoul de Pinet itself is to be found to the south of Pezenas and the area produces thirst-quenching whites bursting with lip-smacking acidity ('Picpoul' translates into 'lip-stinger)
