Why Cave selected it

Sought‑after natural Burgundy from a meticulous grower; vivid, saline Aligoté that’s versatile at the table and made with minimal intervention, aligning with our preference for characterful, low‑SO2 whites.

About the wine

From a 3 hectare estate in Beaune, Puligny and Saint-Romain. A parcel of 80 year old vines. Organic and biodynamic viticulture. Whole cluster fermentation. Bottled unfined and and unfiltered, without added sulphur
