This red blend is from sustainably farmed vineyards throughout the Languedoc. Cool fermentation and the use of stainless steel ensures clear expression of the fruit. Le Bon Cote translates as "The Bright Side" and we fell this is very apt.

About Domaine des Lauriers

The Cabrol family make wine touched by the influences of Southern France, whether that be the Mediterranean, the lake of Thau or the fragrantly scented Languedoc garrigue. This property near Pezenas is made up of many different parcels based on red clay slopes and surrounded by garrigue. They have recently had a modern winery built into a hillside and the wine produced is clean, fruit driven and well balanced.
