Founded by Martin Hagen, a wine specialist and hospitality veteran, as a multipurpose space, aiming to provide the neighbourhood and local food community with a place to perch for a quick glass, stock up on provisions or sit with friends for an entire evening of eating and drinking.
We focus on the small producer with sustainability at the forefont. We love to champion indigenous grapes and lesser known regions, from every day drinkers to those special occasion rare bottles. We have you covered.
Our bar is a relaxed space where our guests can visit for a glass of wine or a few small plates. Inspired by the Parisian caves à manger, a revolutionary dining concept now well-established in the French capital. We offer European inspired dishes alongside an extensive well-sourced, organic or biodynamic wine selections.
