The grapes are harvested by hand before being pressed in whole bunches after a very short maceration in the press. Fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts before it stopped by dropping the temperature and then by filtration. The wine is bottled early to capture the freshness of these citrus notes without too many added sulphites. Off dry yet deliciously fresh!

Notes on the Producer

Vincent Ogereau is currently considered to be one of the outstanding producers from this dynamic region of the Loire Valley. The estate is situated near the medieval city of Angers and is run strictly along organic lines
