Clos Des Vignes Du Maynes Macon-Cruzille 'Aragonite' 2019 is a delightful wine from the Maconnais region of Burgundy, France. It's made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Cruzille vineyard, hand-picked and fermented in oak barrels. Notes on the Producer

Julien Guillot's family has worked this land since the end of the Second World War, when his Grandfather arrived. Having been unwell, his Grandfather couldn’t drink wine with sulphites. So, he set out to make wines without chemicals, no chaptalisation, made with natural yeasts. Since 2001 the world of wine has changed sufficiently for Julien’s wines to no longer be scornfully branded a-typique. Making wines of real character Vignes Du Maynes are really worth trying as you will be gifted with joyful and expressive wines.
