Established in the late 1970s by Michel Morey and his wife Fabienne, descendants of esteemed winemaking families in Chassagne-Montrachet, Morey-Coffinet embodies a legacy of excellence. Their son Thibault, now at the helm since 2009, champions a meticulous approach, transitioning to biodynamic viticulture in 2014, earning certification by 2015.
