Marina's Wine

Marina has been involved in the winemaking process throughout her life, thanks to her marriage to Iago Bitarishvili of Iago’s Winery. It was Iago who initially encouraged her to pursue winemaking on her own. The grapes used for Marina's Wine are hand-harvested and fermented in terracotta qvevris, which are situated underground in the cellar. Her wines undergo fermentation in the traditional Georgian qvevri and are bottled without fining or the addition of sulphur.
