About Bodega Verde
Bodega Verde is Bodegas San Valero's organic wine project in Cariñena, Aragón. San Valero describes it as founded in 2019 and based on 330 hectares of 100% organic vineyard, with older, high-altitude vineyards converted to organic farming in the Sierra de Algairén.
The wines are intended to express that dry, stony Aragón landscape through varieties such as Macabeo, Garnacha and Syrah, with Bodega Verde presented as a distinct organic range rather than a separate unrelated estate.
