Aurora

Aurora is not just a farm as it is a way of life. In 1979 five partners joined together to set up their own version of a utopian life. Leaving their jobs as industrial workers they moved to the Marche and pioneered and promoting organic farming techniques. They live together and work together and they have done so for thirty years. The farm has been organic since the start and was actually the first certified in Italy. They are one of the leading lights of organic farming in the Marche and the partners are looked to as mentors by other farmers in the area. The vineyards are a model of natural and organic farming. Stepping into these vineyards is surreal because they are teeming with life.
