The fruit is pressed after about an hour of maceration, then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on the fine lees for at least 5 or 6 months. If you like dry Riesling this might be up your street. Perfect with seafood.

Spanning 12 hectares, the vineyards of Villa Dora thrive upon the slopes of one of the planet's most formidable natural phenomena, at an elevation ranging from 250 to 300 meters above sea level. Benefiting from a sun-drenched and airy climate, the terroir owes its equilibrium to Vesuvius's imposing presence, the world's most renowned volcano, whose millennia-long activity has indelibly marked the entire region.
The vines boast a distinct character forged from a blend of ash and Lapilli. Here, historic grape varietals such as Piedirosso, Aglianico, Caprettone, Catalanesca, and Falanghina, tracing their lineage to the Greek incursion into Italy, flourish
