Sourced from several lieu-dits in Volnay, the wine is vinified with partial whole cluster fermentation and aged in mostly used oak barrels. It opens with aromas of red cherry, rose petals, and subtle spice, backed by delicate earth and fine mineral nuances. Based in Volnay, Pierrick Bouley represents the sixth generation of a winemaking family deeply rooted in the Côte de Beaune.
