Tokaji / White Wine / Furmint / Organic

Tokaji is often associated with sweet wines, but it can also produce exceptional dry whites. This particular wine is made entirely from Furmint grapes grown on the south-facing Nagyszőlő and Hétszőlő vineyards, where the soil is thick loess with more intricate volcanic layers beneath. The wine is fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks for five months, with weekly stirring of the lees.
