It has a delicate, straw yellow colour with green shades that emphasises its light acidity and freshness. Stricty hand harvested before temperature controlled fermentation with wild yeast. Cracking value for a solid every day drinker.
Notes on the producer
This wine is produced in the hilly territories of the Ascoli Piceno province, approximately 300 metres above sea level. It is run by brothers Massimiliano and Walter Bartolomei in the heart of the Marche, in Central Italy. They cultivate on an organic basis and are also keen that their wines are an authentic expression of their region.
