Notes on the producer
Céline and Laurent Tripoz founded their estate in 1986 by acquiring small parcels of vines around the village of Loché in the Maconnais. They began by contributing to the local coop, but quickly decided that they could produce higher quality wines themselves, and the first vintage was released in 1990. Today there are 11.5 hectares of vines all farmed biodynamically since the late 1990's. Yields are low, only natural yeasts are used and the addition of sulphur is kept to a minimum.
