Manual Harvest followed by fermentation at a low temperature (16oC), which helps preserve all the aromas and freshness. Overall a richer and fattier white and a very verstaile food wine.
Notes on the producer
Aroa is a pioneer “boutique” winery in the Navarra D. O. in the revival of organic and biodynamic agricultural practices. They prepare their wine collection with minimal intervention, with maximum respect for the fruit of their vineyards, located in the highest and coolest area of the denomination. Organic vineyards with a low yield grown around the winery on fresh calcareous clay soils. Located on the northern border covered by the mountain ranges of Urbasa and Andia, an area that favours red varieties. The vines have never been treated with synthetic chemical products.
