This is Accadia's first experiment with skin contact, and bottling without filtration. On the skins for 20/25 days, the wine is not clarified nor filtered and spends twelve months in stainless steel on the lees. A great way into this style of wine, it is not too challenging and is delicious.

The winery is located in the heart of Le Marche, the oldest area of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi production.
Angelo works only with native grapes to make wines that are first of all the expression of terroir. Angelo today is recognised as one of the foremost experts in Verdicchio production. From the beginning he has always handled every step of the production in person, from the managing of the vineyards to the winemaking process in the cellar, arriving to have a remarkable confidence with the Verdicchio grapes. Accadia’s wines are characterised of a big personality. The grape selection, the time of harvest, low yields of grapes, together with the distinctive nature of the terroir, lead to expressive wines, of character and of the absolute highest quality.
