Angelo works only on native grapes, to makes wines that are first of all the expression of terroir. Angelo today is recognised as one of the most expert in Verdicchio production. From the beginning he has always handle every step of the production in person, from the managing of the vineyards to the winemaking process in the cellar, arriving to have a remarkable confidence with the Verdicchio grapes. Accadia’s wines are characterised of a big personality. The grape selection, the time of harvest, low yields of grapes, together with the distinctive nature of the terroir, lead to expressive wines, of character and of the absolute highest quality.
He's also now experimenting with skin contact, and bottling without filtration, with cuvées such as Evelyn making an appearance. On the skins for 20/25 days, the wine is not clarified nor filtered and spends twelve months in stainless steel on the lees.
