Nicolas Roux & Olivier Techer is the partnership behind Le Bordeaux du Paysan, a low-input Bordeaux project built around fruit-first, accessible wines. Olivier Techer works through Satellite Wines, while the wines are made in partnership with Nicolas Roux and the Roux vineyards in Entre-deux-Mers.
The project is about giving everyday Bordeaux a more direct, less polished voice: ripe local fruit, organic farming where stated for the cuvée, and a cellar approach that keeps the wines fresh and unforced.
