Bertrand-Delespierre

Bertrand-Delespierre is seamlessly transitioning under siblings Adrien and Clémence, who joined in 2013 and 2016. Their father’s sustainable practices, including ploughing to avoid herbicides, left the 30-year-old vineyards in excellent shape. Since 2017, Adrien and Clémence have introduced organic farming on 2 hectares, with plans to expand, using organic amendments, alternating ploughing and grass cover, and exploring phytotherapy to reduce copper usage. Their vineyards span four premier cru villages: Chamery, Écueil, and Villedomange in the Petite Montagne, plus Montbré in the Grande Montagne, each benefiting from varied, expressive soils.
