Les Frères Mignon
Cramant, Côte des Blancs Champagne France
Florent and Julien Mignon are brothers making grower Champagne in Cramant. Their family vineyards include old Chardonnay in Avize, Cramant and Cuis, alongside Pinot Noir in the Vallée de la Marne. They began making their own wines in 2016, moving from grape growing into estate bottling.
Organic farming, trees and hedges around the vineyards, native yeasts and patient lees ageing define their approach. L’Aventure brings together three Côte des Blancs villages in a fresh Blanc de Blancs.

In the vineyard
Old massal selections are preserved, with organic cultivation, shallow soil working and cover crops. Trees and hedges are planted to encourage biodiversity.
In the cellar
Native yeasts start fermentation, followed by ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Reserve wines add depth to L’Aventure. Intervention is restrained, with no fining or filtration.
