About Atance — Risky Grapes
Toni Sarrión is closely associated with the revival of Bobal through Bodegas Mustiguillo. Atance, made by Risky Grapes, takes that interest in local varieties into a more accessible range. The wines come from inland Valencia, where elevated vineyards and cool nights help preserve freshness. Bobal leads the reds, while Merseguera and other white varieties feature in the range. Organic farming and a focus on clean fruit expression underpin the project.
In the vineyard
