x2 Portugal Boutique Winery, Gorro, 2021 - Orange Blossom, Baked Apricot, Floral 

Manual harvest with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold settling for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Stage in stainless steel on fine lees for 5 months. This is a fascinating and elegant style of Vinho Verde showcasing a more serious side to this wine region.

x2 Alvaro Castro, Dao Branco, 2020 - Grapefruit, Green Apple, Mineral

Grapes are hand-picked and fermentation occurs in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. Wine undergoes 3 months of battonage in tank before bottling. Light fresh and aromatic a great way into the white of Portugal.

x2 Espigueiro Casa Agricola de Compostela, Vinho Verde, 2021 - Apple, Wild Flowers, Spritzy

Pale straw colour with green hues. Light, fruity and crisp wine with a touch of sparkle of Vinho Verde. Apple and pear flavours with a citrus and mineral hint. A perfectly balanced blend of the indigenous grape varieties Loureiro, Arinto and Trajadura.
