Cyril Alonzo and Florian Looze are wandering winemakers, their work consists of vinifying, directing and selecting among the best producers of natural or organic wine, in historically attractive parcels located between the Rhône and the Saône. All of their wines have real personality and are parcelled and vinified in a free way, always with the idea of adapting the place and the vintage. This gives the wines a real personality and the terroir always shines through.
Certified Organic grapes from 10-15 year old vines on limestone soil. Grapes a direct pressed before fermenting using wild yeast. Wine is then aged on its fine lees for 10 months in stainless steel tank. 15mg/litre sulphur added at bottling only
