From 25 – 30 year old vines on igneous rich soil. 50% destemmed 50% semi carbonic maceration. Fermentation is using wild yeasts before 10 months ageing on fine lees in steel tank. Zero added sulphur. A slighlty more structured Gamay filled with stewed fruits. Lovely stuff!

Cyril Alonzo and Florian Looze are wandering winemakers, their work consists of vinifying, directing and selecting among the best producers of natural or organic wine, in historically attractive parcels located between the Rhône and the Saône.
