Bright acidity keeps it lively, while maturation brings a little extra texture. A lovely aperitif, or a bottle for seafood, gougères and fish and chips.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBased in Uchizy, Pascal Thévenard and his sons Gaétan and Matthieu began bottling under their own domaine name in 2021, continuing generations of family winegrowing.
