Press fractions were carefully separated \u0026amp; left to naturally settle for 24 hours. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003ePrimary fermentation took place in a combination of stainless-steel tanks \u0026amp; used oak barrels, followed by complete malolactic fermentation. Following 7 months of élevage, the final blend was created including 7% red wine \u0026amp; 18% reserve wine. It was then bottled \u0026amp; left to age on lees for a minimum of 20 months.
