Extended ageing on fine lees in old demi-muids gives the wine remarkable depth and texture without diminishing its characteristic mineral energy.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eGolden apple, ripe pear and white peach are joined by dried flowers, gentle spice and a subtle touch of toasted hazelnut.
