What's in the box?
Familia Bastida, Alceo Tempranillo, 2021 -Bramble, Vanilla, Smooth
Alceo is produced from Tempranillo grapes that have been grown on their estate vineyards. The soil consists of a mixture of clay and sand with a high concentration of limestone and many small stones. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. Alceo is aged for four to five months in American and French oak casks and five months in the bottle before release.

Familia Bastida, Alceo Verdejo, 2021 -Tropical, Candied Lemon, Wet Stone
There's so much fruit capering on the palate with good old fashioned tuck shop sweets - think rhubarb and custard sweets, with some green melon, pithy grapefruit and a long, sherbety finish. Great with everything from scallops with cucumber and lime to a chicken curry. Great value Verdejo and a great alternative for all you Sauvignon Blanc lovers out there.
The twenty-five year old vines produce classically small bunches which are harvested in early October by hand, once they are at optimum ripeness - with a good concentration of sugar, excellent acidity and an impressive weight of fruit. This super wine is certified 'organic' and no chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers are used in the vineyards at all - preserving the pure fruit expression and importantly the health of the land.
Grape - Monastrell
Cellar Masroig, Sola Fred Blanco, 2021 - Tropical Fruit, Apple, Blossom
Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. Wine is aged for 3 months on the lees before bottling. An elegant, easy to drink white with a nose of tropical fruit, white blossom and herbs. On the palate it has fresh and invigorating acidity and a roundness from the Grenache Blanc
Grape - Grenache Blanc
Rafael Cambra, Soplo, 2021 - Fresh, Perfumed, Red fruit
Wine is fermented in stainless steel, with 10% stems. It is gently pumped over for around 12 days. The wine then spends four months in 1-5 year old French oak barriques, it is then transferred to concrete before bottling. Perfumed plum and raspberry aromas with a touch of earth and leather. Medium bodied with wild berry flavours, smooth, chalky tannins and a fresh finish.
Grape - Garnacha
Gran Cerdo, Blanco 2022 -Orchard Fruit, Apples, Pears
A silky white blend from Rioja and an excellent value to boot. The majority is Viura, with around ten other varieties comprising the remaining 20% (think Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, etc.). The result is a versatile white with lots of soft orchard fruit on the palate, like white apples and pears, with lovely texture and a dry, refreshing finish
