Here we’ll turn up the volume a little and guide you through some of the more expensive wines on our shelves. We’ll kick things off by serving you a glass of fizz on arrival and then we’ll open wines from producers who we feel are really showcasing varietal purity and making some of the best wines in their respective regions. We’ll serve you with a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, sourdough bread and olives and will be on hand to explain why we like these wines so much.
