They use the finest ingredients in their products including their own Cornish Lop pigs. Cornish Charcuterie's award-winning traditional pork rillette is made from Norton Barton Farm Cornish Lop pork, poached in duck fat, lightly seasoned and shredded.
We are now shipping locally exclusively via bike courier. If you would like a same day delivery Monday—Friday make sure you order by 2pm and your order will be with you later that day. For orders made after 2pm delivery will be made the next working day.
